Throughout its history, anthropological practice has been the subject of discussions about work ethics. The vast majority of texts on the subject focus on the character of the anthropologist’s work, but few seek to focus criticism on the figure of the professional anthropologist as a first-hand cause of ethical dilemmas that his work entails. In this sense, the present work, in addition to pointing the anthropology professional as an ethical problem, I also intend to point him as the main cause of epistemic problems during the investigation; because by ignoring his figure as part of the construct of his theory or its results, only demonstrates his negligent attitude.Downloads
